Introduction to DRIFE



DRIFE is a unique decentralized ride-call platform that is powered by the blockchain. DRIFE will empower both the driver and the passenger.

DRIFE will disrupt the existing business model and delete the intermediaries of the companies involved in the transaction. Our ride-calling platform has created a new paradigm for the rising-calling industry. We are the first platform in this niche to express the full features of a decentralized driving economy.

Background

In 2009 the traditional taxi industry was disrupted by a company called Uber. It is an innovative idea to connect passengers and drivers through the platform. During the following years, other companies appeared in countries like Ola in India, Didi in China, Grab in Singapore, Careem in Dubai and so on.

What will DRIFE solve?

The problem, is that the model lacks many functions that DRIFE will include in our platform. As an example:

Problems - Costs: 

The main goal of every sharing organization is to create long-term loyal customers. For a long time, prices have jumped and currently a commission of up to 25 percent can be charged by taxi services. Passengers and drivers have sought alternatives.

Solution

Using DRIFE blockchain technology will make the transaction ledger completely auditable and unchangeable with a friendly user interface to access all data on payment details.
Problem  -  Service Bad: A good reputation is very important for the company to survive and in the industry, passenger safety is the most important aspect. There have been reports of incidents where actual physical abuse has occurred by the driver and passenger.

Solution

All DRIFE customers will be able to see complete driver details including comments and feedback by other passengers. All comments and travel experience will be stored in the distributed ledger. The DRIFE mobile application will combine the unique 'SOS' call function for any emergency situation.

Issue - Centralized service: Despite the high level of government control, there are other problems related to services that are fully centralized like this. This includes exploiting commission fees and violating personal data also with the risk of identity theft.

Solution

DRIFE overcomes this problem with a unique system where the driver's income, passenger costs and total commissions are kept transparently. In our own governance, we will ensure that the latest cyber security systems are available to protect our customer's data.



There are many valid concerns in the driver community today. DRIFE will create a solid driver community and we will introduce incentives for drivers who will be able to introduce other drivers to the DRIFE platform and community . Most importantly, the growing network of drivers will be formed without the need for intermediaries, which results in direct driver payments.

Others might use a simple evaluation and evaluation system but DRIFE will bring an innovative and holistic approach to measuring services provided by drivers and giving them appropriate rewards.

The DRIFE Token (DRF)

The DRIFE Token (DRF) will be issued and stored on the EOS blockchain and will be used on platforms with both the driver and passenger. Using tokens will allow ease of use, proof of travel purchases with proof of agreed fees and will also add additional value to those using the DRIFEplatform . For example, both the driver and driver can get bonus tokens. This will be distributed in the form of free miles for early users of the DRIFE Commuting APP . Drivers will get bonus tokens to add new people to their network. DRIFE bonus token system will encourage loyalty from the driver and customer. More incentives in the future are possible and we will always consider community benefits.

When ICO sales are completed, the DRIFE utility token will not only be limited to services but will also be available for trading on the exchange.

Metric Tokens

The DRF token will be set at a value of $ 0.25 USD and 50% of the token supply from ICO to be sold is 162,500,000 DRF

Token allocation

Overall, 325,000,000 tokens will be released and the hard cover of the tokens sold is 60%.
The remaining 50% of the total tokens emitted will be shared between Personal Sales (10%) Social Incentives (10%), Development Collections (5%), Team members (5%) Founders (10%), Prizes and Airdrop (3% ), Referrals, 5% Rewards and Bonuses and Advisors (2%)

Token sales will have three stages

Stage 1

Presale: 20% Discount Rate - Total DRF to be sold => 32.5 Million

Stage 2
Main ICO I: 15% Discount Rate - Total DRF to be sold => 65 Million

Stage 3
ICO Main II: -10% Discount Rate - Total DRF to be sold => 65 Million
Soft cap: 32,500,000 DRF (20%). Hard cap: 162,500,000 DRF (100%)
The main ICO sales will start on January 1, 2019 where there will be a 15% bonus incentive. However, investors will have the opportunity to take part in pre-sales which will begin on December 20, 2018 where there will be a fantastic 20% bonus offered.
